Saleh Adamu Kwaru is a seasoned banker with three decades of experience at the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), where he worked in various strategic business units before voluntarily retiring in 2018. Throughout his career at the CBN, he served on several corporate and inter-agency committees and received numerous merit awards and recognitions for his outstanding performance.

He holds Masters in Islamic Banking and Finance (MIFB), Masters of Business Administration (MBA), Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE), and Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM). He is a member of various professional bodies, including the Commodity Brokers Association of Nigeria (CBAN), the Chartered Institute of Statistics of Nigeria (AMCISON), the Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered) (AMNIM), the Institution of Cost Management (AMICM), an authorized dealing clerk at the Nigeria Commodity Exchange (NCX), a Certified Teacher with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN), a Certified National Accountant (CNA), and a Fellow of the Chartered Certified System Accountant (FCCSA-USA).

He currently serves as the National President of Financial Literacy Ambassadors of Nigeria (FLAN), and the Registrar/General Secretary of Commodity Brokers Association of Nigeria (CBAN). He is also a board member of many organizations. He was a member of the Kano State COVID-19 Economic Recovery Team and the Chairman of the IGR Sub-Committee, and he served as a Permanent Commissioner for the Kano State Civil Service Commission.

Saleh has participated in over 50 multifaceted training courses, seminars, and conferences both domestically and internationally, focusing primarily on human development indices. His hobbies include community involvement, blogging, reading, and computing.
