Okechukwu Anuforo is Partner/CEO of BVA Consulting, the Advisory arm of BVA Partners Limited. He is an accomplished professional with a distinguished record spanning over 15 years in the financial services and logistics industries.

He was previously Executive Director at Go-Taxi, a privately-held Nigerian start-up, leading the group’s Strategy and Organisational Transformation agenda, and masterminded their successful entry into the tough Nigerian market.

Prior to this, he was a Senior Analyst in the Forensic Audit Division at Fidelity Bank PLC. While there, he saved the bank billions of naira (and foreign exchange) representinging claims from customers, consultants, agents, suppliers, vendors, contractors and other sundry third-party service providers.

He also held senior positions in leading foreign and local firms including Grant Thornton International, formerly Spiropoulos, Adiele, Okpara & Co. (Chartered Accountants), Allianz Nigeria Insurance Limited (formerly Union Assurance Limited) and ABC Transport PLC to name a few.

Okey is a Licensed Stockbroker, as well as an Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE). He is also a Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

He holds a HND in Accounting from the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT) Enugu.
